A question, something that broke, a photo that has to come down, an idea — this one address is enough. Say which event it is about (the code on the card, like K7F3-M2P9) and we can help faster.
If a guest cannot shoot: check the help page first — nearly everything is signal or a closed camera. Most things a host can fix themselves in the app, including removing a guest or hiding a photo.
Every photo has a "this is me" button. Use it: the host is told straight away, and if they do nothing for seven days the photo is hidden by itself. If you would rather not go through the host, mail us with the event code and we will take it from there.
